I would highly recommended Vikki.
Vikki is an outstanding PA, using her extensive knowledge and experience she can fulfil all the technical aspects of the role such as minute taking, diary management and team communications with ease and professionalism. Where Vikki adds value is through her ability to anticipate tasks before being directed, challenge appropriately and act as a sounding board for a Director. She is flexible in her approach and adapts quickly to new tasks. Vikki always operates with absolute integrity and professionalism and is an asset to the organisation. I would highly recommend Vikki.

Vikki is an absolute pleasure to work with.
Vikki worked with me on an ambitious transformation programme at a large, independent charity. She played a key role in implementing robust governance arrangements to ensure that key milestones were delivered in accordance with agreed timescales whilst also demonstrating tremendous emotional intelligence by remaining sensitive to the workload challenges facing her colleagues. I was particularly impressed with Vikki’s ability to act on her own initiative and deal with sensitive issues in a carefully considered and confidential manner. Vikki is an absolute pleasure to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending her as a Virtual Assistant.

A real pleasure to work with….
Vikki has been a great support to me for many years in her role as Personal Assistant. Vikki works in a very methodical and systematic way, always striving for excellence and producing the highest quality of work. What has always impressed me is her tact and diplomacy in dealing with situations or individuals, displaying trust and building relationships through honesty and transparency. One overriding value I admire in Vikki his her integrity – she will deliver what she says she will deliver, and gains respect from others by her professionalism and empathy. A real pleasure to work with, business focused but knows when to lighten the situation with her sense of humour.

You will not be disappointed in the quality and quantity of work delivered.
I have worked with Vikki for the last 4 years. Vikki is caring, committed, hardworking, loyal, professional, trustworthy, honest and is knowledgeable with a strength in attention to detail. Vikki can help anyone who has a very busy life or/ and job. Anyone that Vikki assists will be extremely lucky to have the additional support to the workplace or home life. Vikki achieved more than supporting senior directors and managers with workloads and pressures, she coordinated time management and delivered powerful questioning techniques to encourage wellbeing and helped pace the huge overwhelming workloads in an organised manner. This helped set me up for my very busy schedules and has led to achieving more goals and feeling on top of daily and weekly pressures. Vikki controlled valuable and confidential data whilst protecting this from any mistakes ensure 100% confidence in the facts and figures. This is simply going to make anyone’s life easier giving more freedom when you and your family needs it most. Telephone manner is excellent, excel and word is outstanding, and I have seen Vikki support the chair and take minutes in many meetings from extremely high profile people to very vocal team members! You will not be disappointed in the quality and quantity of work delivered.

I highly recommend her…..
Vikki came on-board and “saved our bacon” when we had a change over in staffing and systems had become blurred. She was great, punctual, and reliable and not only completed her tasks and her job but also put systems back into order, enabling us to move forward more efficiently in the future. She quickly learned what we needed, our project software and communicated well throughout. I highly recommend her and don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t have her support at that critical time.
